Hackney Council – Consultation on a Planning Guidance Document

London Borough of Hackney are holding a Community Evening regarding a ‘Lower Clapton Road, Planning Guidance Document’ that they are undertaking to produce.  (Please see attachment with full details for printing off  and displaying for your wider community – Clapton Planning Brief Community Evening Poster)

This document will focus on the former Clapton Cinematograph Theatre and it’s immediate environment, an area bounded by Lower Clapton, Downs, Powell and Kenninghall Roads. The Council would like the views and input of local people and will provide the opportunity for everyone to set out their vision and share with them the issues that are considered important in the general area.

This evening will be for all who are interested, to talk to representatives of the Council, and to each other, and commence taking the formation of this document forward.

This meeting will also qualify as the latest Clapton Conference’s Stakeholder Representative Meeting, as per our announcement in February.
